Deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless W&S Solutions expressly agrees to their validity.

Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when the customer accepts W&S Solutions' offer. Offers are non-binding and subject to change. A binding contract is only established with written confirmation or by the commencement of service provision.

Prices and Payment Terms

The prices listed on the website are in euros and include statutory VAT unless otherwise indicated. Payment is due upon invoicing via bank transfer or other available payment methods. The customer is obliged to pay the invoice amount within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Delivery and Service Time

The agreed delivery and service times may vary depending on the scope of the order. W&S Solutions will make every effort to meet deadlines but is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances.

Right of Withdrawal

Warranty and Liability
